The following data processing takes place on our website:

3.1 Cookies and Cookiebot (cookie consent)

For optimization purposes, our website uses so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that are sent by the respective servers when you visit a website and are either temporarily stored locally on your device for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies). Session cookies are used, for example, to keep a user logged in across several pages. These cookies are deleted when you close the browser. Permanent cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them yourself or an automatic solution is provided by your web browser. For example, they make it possible to recognize the browser the next time you visit.

The majority of cookies we use are technically necessary, as they guarantee the proper functionality of our website. Other cookies are used by us, for example, for statistical purposes. Technically necessary cookies are used on the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, as we have a legitimate interest in storing these cookies to provide our services in a technically error-free and optimized manner.

The use of other cookies will only be saved with your consent on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO by clicking on your consent to the use of cookies the first time you visit our website. You also have the option to activate or deactivate certain categories of cookies. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clicking on the button at the bottom left of our website.

You can also configure your browser in the settings so that it blocks certain cookies or similar technologies or deletes existing cookies. Since this depends on the browser you are using, please consult your browser's help function. Please note that if you block cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

3.2 Mouseflow (web analysis)

Our website uses Mouseflow. Mouseflow is a web analysis tool from Mouseflow ApS, Flaesketorvet 68, 1711 Copenhagen, Denmark. Data processing serves the purpose of analyzing this website and its visitors. For this purpose, data is collected and stored for marketing and optimization purposes. User profiles can be created from this data under a pseudonym. Cookies may be used for this purpose.

Mouseflow records individual, randomly selected visits (only with an anonymized IP address). This creates a log of mouse movements and clicks with the intention of randomly sampling individual website visits and deriving potential improvements for our website from this.

The data collected with Mouseflow will not be used to personally identify the visitor to this website and will not be combined with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym without the separate consent of the person concerned.

Processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR based on the legitimate interest in direct customer communication and in designing the website in line with requirements. For reasons arising from your particular situation, you have the right to object at any time to this processing of personal data concerning you based on Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. To do this, you can deactivate a recording globally for the browser you are currently using on all websites that use Mouseflow under the following link: https://mouseflow.de/opt-out/

For more information, please see Mouseflow's privacy policy at: https://mouseflow.com/legal/company/privacy-policy/

3.3 Google Analytics (web analysis)

We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies. Cookies are only processed with your voluntary consent. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

We have activated IP anonymization (anonymizeIP). As a result, your IP address will be abbreviated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website and software.

The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google. In addition, you can prevent cookies from being saved by setting your browser software accordingly; in this case, you may not be able to use all functions of this website. It is also possible to set a browser plug-in (see http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de) and an opt-out cookie, which will prevent Google Analytics from collecting data within this website in the future.

3.4 Webflow (hosting)

We use Webflow from Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA, to build and host our website.
